Brave Warriors Ends In Draw

Namibia missed their key players, Deon Hotto as the new Orlando Pirates winger is currently rehabilitating an injury. Samaria included Peter Shalulile a lethal forward who having enjoyed a successful 2019/20 season which saw him scoop the PSL Golden Boot award after netting 16 goals. The new Mamelodi Sundowns striker has been an integral role in helping the Brave Warriors.

The international friendly between neighbours South Africa and Namibia played today at Royal Bafokeng Stadium has ended in a 1 all draw. Bafana Bafana took the lead in the 19th minute through a well worked goal involving Kermit Erasmus whose delicate pass was well finished by Luther Singh.

Namibia equalized in the 55 minute through Absalom Imbondi after a pass from Dynamo Fredericks. Neither side could find a way past each other after that with both teams having good chances to score the winning goal.
